 | Last week was our final meeting before Christmas and it was wonderful to see what everyone has accomplished in the past month. The She Sheds are coming along well and everyone has made theirs so different. What wonderful imaginations our members have! We had a wonderful demonstration on making silicone molds and using resin by Edna C. She is making lots of little bottles currently and the molds she made for them will be perfect. We learned a lot about how the 2-part solutions work both in making the molds and mixing for the resin. She also showed us how Mica powder works when mixing with resin and the results were beautiful. Thank you very much Edna! Since the meeting was our last before Christmas, everyone brought some snacks and we had some delicious goodies to munch on while working on our minis. One member brought a friend with her to see what we do and, I think she enjoyed her time with us. We love being able to show others what can be accomplished in Miniature. Our next in-person meeting will be on January 10th and we look forward to seeing everyone there and catching up after the holidays. The picture is of Yvette S hard at work on her She Shed.
