The second photo is of a little cushion I also stitched on 48 count gauze.  It measures about 1 1/4" (3 cm) and has 3600 stitches.

Today we had a fabulous meeting and were able to welcome 3 new members!  A big welcome to Sheila, Darlene and Wendy who each took the time to come and join us for a meeting and decided to join the club. We are very happy to meet you. 

Our meeting today was packed full with Marg L teaching us how to make flowers.  She brought a wonderful assortment of things we could use to make flowers with as you can see in the photo below and they were so beautifully organized.  Several members also brought things to give away and we all had a wonderful time browsing, chatting and making! Phyllis G has offered to make up kits for a cute hanging plant for any of the members who wish to have one for our carts. Thank you Phyllis for your generosity. Our Zoom meeting is coming up on November 24th and I will send out an invite to all club members closer to the date.
